RX30 AWD

Ma note de 5 étoiles est vraiment mérité. Un super suivis client, réponse rapide, vendeurs qui sont à l'écoutent et répondent aux demandes, commande bien emballé, un suivit de commande bien précis, des vendeurs très gentils, patients et qui répondent vites aux mails que l'ont leur envoie, ... Merci beaucoup à vous pour mon vélo qui répond à tous mes critères et à mes attentes. 
Après test sur de court et long trajet, en pente ou sur du plat, je suis satisfait et ne regrette pas mon achat.
Je recommande votre site à toutes personnes qui cherche LE vélo fait pour eux!

I've did a lot of research before purchasing my Burchda RX30. There are so many flaky companies selling ebikes now. The reviews for this bike are great and the customer service I've received for answers to question has been excellent. I can't wait for warmer weather so I can take full advantage of the bikes capabilities!

Been thinking of purchasing one for a few months. Due to knee and back issues walking for exercise is unavailable now. I did a lot of research and decided on an ebike to help keep active. I saw an adds for Burchda Bike lately and after doing a lot of reading about bikes, decided on their brand due to the specs and features that offer. The sales prices were what put me over the edge. So far it's a great bike. I'm still learning about all the features but am very satisfied with the brand and my purchase.

I was a little skeptical about buying an expensive e bike through a website from a Chinese vendor but I went through several different bikes and the RX30 with dual motors seemed to be above the rest. Shipping took a bit even if the bike comes from a warehouse in California but did not exceed the advertised delivery time by much, some of the delay may have been because of the proximity with the Christmas holidays. It arrived well packed even though one the wheel spoke come through the cardboard but there was no damage. Assembling was easy enough and the tooling provided is sufficient to assemble. Installing the rear rack took some doing as the legs did not fit the holes. Once customer support provided an instructional video I was able to heat up the legs and bend them into position. Customer support has been responsive from the very beginning and very helpful. The bike is very sturdy and a bit heavy but it is well built, it is fast and easy to ride with or without pedaling, which I find very easy at all power settings. The RX30 is not inexpensive but I think it is worth the price, the fat tires make for a nice ride. I have ridden it few times so I am not 100% knowledgable but I am very satisfied so far. I have reached 27 mph so far in power setting 4 with pedaling, haven't tried 5 yet. A product like this is only as good as the company behind it and so far customer support has been very helpful.
