    The bike is very nice and as the reviews have stated..it is well made. During delivery from Fed Ex..box had some signs of damage, but the bike was packed so well that there wasn't a scratch on it! No complaints on anything except one. The location of the charging port is at the bottom of the battery housing; you have to almost lay on the ground to line up the charging port correctly. This is a small point, but hopefully an updated model in the future could improve on this. No way does it take away from the bike itself. Responses to questions from seller have been excellent. Assembly was easy, would recommend watching one of their videos online rather than just the printed instructions, all of their bikes are similar for assembly.
