Issue I have is there's no water bottle mount on it for being long distance like wtf.. Also the motor cables should be inside the frame seems like where they are on that outside a d visible cover in some sorta white glue or foam can cause major issues easily.

I’m very satisfied with my purchase of the Burchda RX-80. I received the bike in excellent condition (new). I took the time to go through the bike and tighten/confirm the fasteners. Piece of cake. Also the customer support team is very good about returning my emails and support with factory replacement parts. So far the brake pads are working fine and I bought some new ones for future maintenance. My humble opinion is that the tires although very functional, would last longer if you upgrade them with some Kenda or other high quality tires 😃. All in all I like the new bike and it is as described 👍🏻. Recommend the RX-80 for the serious cyclist who is looking for a $aving$. ✔️

I received the RX-80 right as planned and was extremely pleased with it so far. I put it together and was riding it within about 1hr or so. The features are easy to use and very easily accessible by me as I ride. I don't need to take hands off Bar to access the horn or other features. One feedback point is that they could definitely do a better job with the instructions on features. As an example I some how turned on the seat tail light but could not figure out how to turn it off. Their customer support got right back to me and explained that it was not controlled by the headlight switch but was controlled by its own battery and switch. As I said I am very pleased so far.

Very nice e-bike me and my brother both got one ( he got his last summer) and both still in good condition 10/10 would recommend

Ebike arrived in a well constructed box, with high density foam padding - 5 stars on boxing the product up so that a return would not be necessary...! *(see pic once the box was opened) . Assembly was not tricky , BUT, the directions and user manual have a LOT to be desired of as others have also reviewed. Suggest watching a couple YouTube videos (what else is new these days)..! Also - had a problem with the battery compartment re-latching and hold the battery in place (ONLY open the compartment with the key if you ABSOLUTELY have to). On and off switch for the bike, is on the handle bars. Once I was able to figure out the controls and HOW to charge, I charged the bike , and took it out the next day. Again, once I figured where the speed control was and adjusted , the bike went fast, I mean really fast...! I plan to use this strictly off road and in the woods, so the fat tires will be a real asset. Sooo - other than assembly directions and a clear user manual, I'd give it 5 stars. Have NOT tried it in the woods yet...
