The LCD display on the bike was broken when the bike got knocked over in our recent wind storms.
Ordered a replacement through the web site. I was contacted the next day to confirm that I was ordering the correct part and made sure got the correct part by requesting the serial number off the broken unit. Turns out I needed a different version than what I had ordered.
The order was modified and the correct unit was shipped out without delay.
By double checking my order rather than shipping out the wrong part it saved me a lot of trouble.
Shipping was from China with continual status updates.
All in all Excellent customer service.
Had my r5 pro since March. I absolutely love it. Fastest I've reached is 29.5mph. cracked the LCD and was stupid and road it in a rain storm. Ordered a new one. Very reasonable price. Was easy to replace the old one and I am now back on the road. This is truly a great bike. It's helping me get back into shape.
